Working with our in-house designers, your dedicated project manager will create a tailored design proposal and estimation for you, based on any requests, concepts, and budgets discussed.
From there, we will work with you to further refine the design and details of the project.
To better serve you, please provide us with information such as the event name, event dates, venue/location, exhibition space size, etc. at the initial consultation stage.
Once the project has been confirmed, we’ll handle all the preparations: from the construction drawings, graphic production and furniture rentals, to applications and communication with the venue, event organizer, and suppliers.
We offer storage services in Europe, the United States, and Asia for full exhibition stands and parts (for reuse next time).
Please note that we do not provide proxy services for the import/export of your exhibits at overseas exhibitions.
Your dedicated project manager will be on-site to coordinate all aspects of the set-up. You will receive daily reports on the progress of the set-up so there are never any surprises or uncertainties. On the final day of the set-up our crews will be on standby to assist with the smooth handover of the stand and help you with setting up for the show.
